Hello All I was wondering if anyone has a concise description or even better a diagram (as that's what I understand best) of the difference between and the processing involved in the types of document normally produced by a large organisation? We are having a huge struggle at the moment defining a whole raft of documents as we can't decide what they are! The aim is to have a definition of what each document type is so users can name and file documents correctly. Thankyou! Claire
