Dear list,

I'm an OHA working in the food retail sector (Waitrose) and have been 
given the somewhat dubious task of selecting and then managing the 
implementation of an appropriate OH software package. We're a fairly 
large, peripatetic team who are predominantly home based and are in dire 
need of a system that will move us away from an entirely paper-based 
system.

I've met with the Head of Personnel Systems and the Personnel Project 
Manager to get their input in the early stages and it's been suggested 
that I perform some "process mapping" of our procedures prior to 
proceeding any further. If anyone out there has been through a similar 
process I'd be grateful if they could contact me off-list to share their 
experiences.
