Workshop Outline
This one day workshop will offer

case studies and example situations, we will explore different reactions

also consider a range of techniques and approaches to help you deal positively
with the challenges and pressures which change may present.
Workshop objectives
To enable you to:

different reactions to change, both your own and other people’s
· Consider
a range of coping strategies for navigating a course through times of change
· Deal
with change in a positive, assertive and constructive manner, by drawing
together a ‘kit-bag’ of skills and techniques
· Identify
what is in your control and what is outside of your control when facing
change and how to deal appropriately with each situation
· Address
real situations and take the opportunity to talk through strategies for
dealing and coping with change
