Running Effective Focus Groups is a course for anyone new to running focus 
groups (or not entirely comfortable running focus groups!) and who would 
like to use them to gather stand-alone or supplementary qualitative 
information to evaluate or develop services or products.

You'll learn how to:
Decide when to use a focus group
Identify the benefits to participants, stakeholders and sponsors
Design and structure a focus group to ensure audience participation
Facilitate a focus group comfortably, irrespective of experience
Record and analyse qualitative data
Market and promote focus groups to maximise attendance
The course will be in Birmingham (UCE Perry Barr campus) and the cost is 
£175.
