(apologies for cross-posting ) Hi all Here at the BBC we're looking at how we can improve our work experience opportunities within the Information & Archives department, so I'd love to hear from anyone who has been involving in setting up and running a work experience programme. Any information would be very gratefully achieved, including how long your placements are, how you decided on the format/content, how much work is involved and any issues/problems you encountered. Similarly, if anyone out there has taken part in a work experience programme it would be great to get some feedback on what you actually did and how useful you found it. I'll compile any responses for the list, if people are happy for me to share their comments. Thanks in advance!
