Hi there I am Working TBSS data of several psychiatric groups. I would like to repeat TBSS analysis for non_FA images. When I use avwstats x.img -R, values are like -0.002: 0.004 (which were around 0:1.1 for FA images). I am confused, What should be the scaling value for these images (instead of 10000)? thanks Emre
