Dear all, I once had problem in wrongly oriented DTI data, which resulted in wrong RGB color-coding on FA/V1 maps. I reoriented my eddy-corrected data.nii and bvecs accordingly with avwswapdim. However, my friend told me to view DICOMS: using Osirix I see that already raw DTI data is reoriented (e.g. Is displayed in saggital and not axial view). Other sequences are displayed normal. Is it true then that such data is of no use anymore, a it was acquired in a wrong way? Thanks, Aga
