I am particularly looking at putting arrangements in place for adhoc repairs and small works to avoid the need to obtain three written quotes for every job above £2,000 up to £20,000 which is our current tender threshold. Areas I am looking at are as follows: General builders Glazing Carpentry Plumbing Electrical Groundworks/drainage Any help, benefit of experience etc. will be gratefully received.
