Hello all. Has anyone had any luck getting hold of these? When our office has ordered the standard copies and then asked for Braille/audiotape versions etc, the operator is not able to help! This has happened for two years in a row which, considering what BtG is all about, seems a bit poor! Has anyone got any top tips? Thanks, Bryan Univ of Manchester
