John
is still trying to get a response from Jane Bunce, but he suggested that you
complete & submit the SD1 form, including and explanation of why this
training is important. This would include the need to train aprox 10 SFs employed
in the AA team to undertake their note-taking role in a safe and professional
way. This will help avoid recurrence of problems experienced in the past such
as RSI!
John
did query the need after Ruth shared info from the note-taking course she
attended, but I think the difference is that this would enable us to provide
practical skills training rather than just the theory. Perhaps you could check
with City Lit to clarify this.
