Each faculty issued exam results in different ways where I went - most
would come through an online account each student had. However one
"unconnected" faculty used our UCAS number as a reference/identifier
then the grade put on a noticeboard.

Interestingly as I deferred a year (along with someone else) - I could
clearly see our results from others because the UCAS number started with
the entry/application year (not sure if is the same now). So nothing is
perfect!

Overall result; I don't recall ever seeing it by individual papers
(except perhaps in the Prelims).
