I also hope they provide decent, generic advice.  Really the word
"Bluetooth" should nit be mentioned per se, though it can be used in
interpreting the advice as an example.

Which is why legislation and derivative advice should be
technology-independent. It's not about Bluetooth, but whether the messages
are being sent on a public network. I hope their revised advice addresses
the real issue, and doesn't get distracted by the technology.
