You might consider the Quarterly Bulletin of the Archeological  
Society of Virginia (www.asv-archeology.org). We have published iron  
articles before that are regional in scope and included Va, Maryland,  
Pennsylvania and Delaware in their coverage. It is one of the most  
widely received journals as well so your coverage is greater than any  
but the peer reviewed journals.
