Hello,
I am trying to convert Dicom files acquired on the Philips Achieva scanner using the DICOM import option in SPM. However, I get the following errors when using this function:
***********************************************************
Running "DICOM Import"
Changing directory to:
C:\fmri_data\Finger_Tapping\NIFTI_format\Ana_401\
***************************************************
*
The AcquisitionNumber counter does not appear *
* to be changing
from one volume to another. *
* Another
possible explanation is that the same *
* DICOM slices are used
multiple times.
*
* The conversion is having to guess how slices *
*
should be arranged into
volumes.

Is this because the dicom files are not suitable for conversion into NIFTI format?
Thanks,
