Howard Potter and myself are in the process of editing a dedicated issue of
the Proceedings of the Institution of Civil Engineers Transport on Road User
Charging. If interested, a brief outline (200 words) of the proposed paper
can be submitted by 31 August 2007 for consideration by the Editors, or full
papers, which will be subject to the usual refereeing procedures, submitted
by the 31 October 2007.
