Hello, I am student working on fMRI in the rat spinal cord. I am a complete novice to SPM, and would like to use SPM5 for the analysis. I was wondering if anyone has done this before and might be able to offer some advice.

In SPM5 the normalization uses the file created in segmentation. Is there a way to normalize but skip over the segmentation part?
