Kind regards,

Sandy

Subject: [PSCI-COM] NE Science Alliance

The second meeting of the NE Science Alliance will be take place on Wednesday 27th June at The Centre for Life in Newcastle upon Tyne.  Refreshments will be available from 6.30pm; the meeting will start at 7pm and will not run beyond 9pm.

Please come to the Conference entrance around the side of the building - the side nearest Central Station.

Presentations:

Ian Simmons - Centre for Life

Craig Crowther - National Skills Academy for Process Industries

Richard Henderson - REACT Science Programme

David Price - Science Made Simple

David Garlovsky - Schools and Homes Energy Education Project

Presentations will be kept short (max 10 mins each) so there will be plenty of time for networking both before and after.

If you haven't already, please confirm your attendance with me so I can add you to the delegate list.  Please also get in touch if you wish to be a member of the NESA even if you can't make the June meeting - everybody working to engage the public with science in the NE, in whatever setting, is welcome to join.

Kind regards,

Pam
