Friends, May I request trimming unnecessary information from a prior post when using the reply function? The list has just carried over half a dozen complete copies of Alireza Ajdari's query on doctoral programs. The query is interesting and useful. The information in replies is also valuable -- the repeated section is not. These repeats clog the list, and they make life difficult for anyone who subscribes in digest format. Please trim replies to focus on the information to which you respond. Thanks, Ken
