Hi Jacqui What about the 'Guidelines for Ethics for Occupational Physicians' available from the Faculty of Occupational Medicine? It explores relevant issues such as informed consent, disclosure of information to an employer, responsibilities with pre-emplyment etc and is a useful reference book. If you already have this, it is worth getting the latest one just published in 2006.
