The install wn_torque,
/opt/glite/yaim/bin/yaim -i -s site-infopath -m glite-WN -m glite-torque-client-config

To configure it,
/opt/glite/yaim/bin/yaim -c -s site-infopath -n WN_torque

According to the documentation ( https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/LCG/YaimGuide301) it should exist.
 
If it doesn't exist anymore, how can I create a WN that uses Torque?
