Dear Colleagues and friends,

please accept my apologies for the delay in putting together the
programme for our July conference but I have had several problems with
my computer.

If you submitted a paper and you were not told that it could not be

accepted but cannot find it in the programme, please contact me again as
, owing to the above mentioned technical problems I might have lost it.

Many of you had requested to speak on specific dates and I tried to meet

your requirements. However, if you find I failed to do so, do let me know.

May I also remind you that the deadline for registering is May 4th.
