Hi all, I am getting strange eigenvector results with dtifit. I have uploaded a picture of the eigenvector lines at 230306. As far as I know, the gradient direction information is all ok. I have obtained good results from other data from the same machine. The only difference with this data is that it comes off the scanner as an unaveraged mosaic (3 x 12+1 images). Regards, Peter
