Dear Harriet,

Check out the HESA data at
http://www.hesa.ac.uk/holisdocs/pubinfo/student/disab0506.htm. for
enrolled
disabled students. Also UCAS data for disabled applicants
http://www.ucas.com/figures/ucasdata/disability/index.html#show - the
reason
there is no data for 2001 and 2002 is because the ASD category replaced
the
'needs personal care' one.

All bound to be underestimates!

regards,

Caroline

Dear All,

Does anybody have any figures for the (approximate) number of students
with an Autism Spectrum Condition currently in UK Higher Education? Or
any ideas where to look for such figures?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
