Subject: [data-protection] An Information Tribunal decision

I noticed this http://www.computerweekly.com/Articles/2007/05/03/223635/government-told-to-publish-gateway-reviews-on-id-cards.htm tiny http://tinyurl.com/28exjh regarding the publication of the gateway reviews.

I suspect it is far more FoIA than DPA, but the information tribunal is of interest to us all.

The government "must publish".  Question to a legal beagle:  Presumably a further appeal is allowed?  If so where?
