He wants to make it more accessible. The front door is accessed from the high street pavement of standard width. At the edge of the pavement is a railing. It has a small step leading into the building with no possibility of placing a permanent ramp there. What issues would he have to consider if he was to use a temporary ramp at the step when clients who are wheelchair users wish to enter? Where could he get one from?
