One for the lipid folk – this chap is intolerant of everything except fenofibrate, simvastatin and niaspan.

He has angiographically proven IHD but fortunately not severe

  1. Has anyone else seen such a catastrophic fall in HDL with simvastatin/niaspan
  2. Is it just the rubbish HDL method but the apoa1 goes down two
  3. Any brilliant ideas
