Dear all:
I noticed something 'weird' using SPM5.
When I set up a model (simple block design, two conditions,
but this actually happens with all kinds of designs so it doesn't
seem to matter), the constant term is zero throughout ('white' in the
visualization, see attachment model_setup.jpg).
However, after estimating the model, values are around .78 and grey-ish
(see file: estimated.jpg)
It happens both on my winXP and my Solaris machine.
And only with SPM5, not with SPM2.
Any thoughts on that?
