When I plot a fitted response curve for an explanatory variable in spm5, regardless of which blob is chosen the correlation is .91(positive contrast) or -.91(negative contrast) can anyone tell me what is going on and how to work around it? I've checked the voxel values by printing out the Y matrix in matlab.
