Hi, SPM-ers, I am trying to set up batch processing of coregistration for many patients. I have generated .mat files (with coreg options and image file specifications) for each patient. Is there a way to utilize these .mat files within Matlab command line window, instead of manually clicking on the GUI? Thanks! Lu
