Subject: barriers to uptake of cervical smears

can anyone help me with references or work done on this issue in minortiy ethnic women?
 
I am doing an assignemnt on this issue for a course  but also know that uptake, for example in the Liverpool Somali community is poor, despite the fact that severeal women from the  Somali community have had very abnormal smears and cevical cancer and i want  to pass on my findings to Liverpool PCt which is currently doing work on cervical smear uptake
