International Summer School of POLITICAL COMMUNICATION and ELECTORAL BEHAVIOUR (Milan, Italy  July 2-6). Among the lecturers: Delli Carpini, Donsbach, Mancini, Mazzoleni, Neveu, Pasquino, Sanders, Schulz.

The aim of the School is to highlight and discuss the main theoretical and research questions regarding the relation between political communication scholarship and political science/political sociology perspectives with a special focus on the influence of communication factors on political and electoral behaviour.

The School intends also to promote high-level reflection on the current state of knowledge about political communication by asking a number of internationally renowned scholars to interact with the participants through lectures and workshops. 
The topics to be covered include: media-politics interaction patterns, campaign communication, news coverage of elections, campaign effects on knowledge and participation, and  voting patterns.
