Another cause of problems with BL SEDs is the machine being used - when
Adobe Acrobat on my office computer was upgraded to version 7 it refused
thereafter to accept SEDs - and reverting to V 6 didn't work (cookies?).
I can print them out on an older machine which has only had V6 or on a
newer one that only ever had version 7.

I believe there is a patch but I haven't got round to organising it -
moving to a different computer is easier (until I get a new one).
