Hi Peter, I think of everything I do as development, and I've approached my previous experience in much the same way you describe. Obviously, I'm not talking about including things you did in your first week as a library assistant, but I would very much like to include something I did as a library assistant less than a year before I actually got my qualification, partly because it made a real difference to one aspect of the library service. Does that make some sort of sense? Must I really disregard something that I consider to be an important part of my development just because the dates don't fit? I'm interested to know how or if others have addressed this.
