Hello FSLers,

I am running FDT Probtrack in the Connectivity-based seed classification
mode. I have two questions on how it works:

1. Are the number of samples sent out from my seed image to the target
image sent out for each target image or for all target images? For
example, say I have 2 target images and I set 5000 samples to send out.
Are 5000 samples sent out in each voxel for the first target image and
5000 more sent out for the second target image, making 10,000 samples
sent out total (from what I am seeing it appears this is true)? Or are
5000 samples/voxel sent out total and the program calculates how many of
those hit each target mask?

2. What are the major factors that affect the connectivity distribution?
For example, how much does the size of the target image affect the
results? How much does the curvature threshold affect the results?

Thanks very much for any help!
