Hi,
I was wondering if I could get a couple of things clarified in regards to Randomise, I'm just playing with it in advance of analysing a full data set.
Firstly, is there more information available beyond the Ransomise webpage and FSL archives?
Secondly, once Randomise generates the various tstats images, is there a way to get a text file of the x,y,z corordinates where there are statistical differences between goups, and the p-value or FA value at the voxels?
