Has anybody ever tried to get a Key Skills paper modified? I'm particularly interested for a candidate with a substantial hearing impairment. In light of the DDA someone here has tried a couple of initial phone calls but has been passed back and forth between OCR and QCA.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
