The department is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Housing Studies. You will be required to actively contribute to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. You will develop and maintain research grant proposals, and contribute fully to developing and enhancing the research profile of the Department, working with others as appropriate. Ideally you will have the seniority to act as Director for the Housing Studies Programme, ensuring continuing development to meet changing needs.

The department is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Planning. You will be required to actively contribute to high quality teaching primarily at postgraduate level, especially on the newly developed and accredited MSc Programme in Real Estate, Planning and Regeneration. You will develop an international research and publication agenda that enhances the quality of the Departments profile and partner other members of staff in attracting external funding from research councils and other well-regarded organisations.
