Can anyone advise on this? i'm caught in a quandry.... CLR 10 - pg 21, Table 3.2 and Section 3.46 on same page state the AT for a residential with Gardens End use is 2190 days (or 6yrs), however somewhere in the back of my head i have it that for non-threshold substances, it was a lifetime averaging period, as the effects were deemed to be cumulative over the lifetime of the subject...i.e 70 years I'd be grateful for another brain cell to ponder this one!
