to be held on 3 May 2007 at London Metropolitan Archives.

Understanding and Finding London Probate Records

AfL are delighted to welcome Jane Cox to introduce the often bewildering array of wills and probate records in London.  Jane has over twenty years of experience of probate and genealogy research at The National Archives and is author of a number of publications including ‘Hatred Pursued Beyond The Grave’.

You will find this seminar useful if:

Doors will open at 5.30 and the talk will start at 6pm.  Refreshments will be available.  The seminar is an open forum and following the talk attendees are welcome to ask questions, exchange news, and discuss matters of interest.  The event will finish by 7.30pm.
