Professor Robert Forrest's retirement do

Dear all

Robert Forrest is due to retire from the NHS in the near future.

We have organised a day of lectures and meal in his honour on 6th July 2007.

The lectures will include

"Confidentiality in the confessional and the consulting room" Gerard Garrett (a clerical colleague relating to Roberts interest in canonical law)

"Adventures in Forensic Pharmacology" Prof Robert Ferner (Birmingham UK)
"The "spooky" side of police investigations!" David Douglas (London Met police force)
" Gazing at the analytical horizon" (speaker to be confirmed)
""Drug-impaired drivers - are Swedes different from Brits?" (Wayne Jones from Sweden)
 "Up and coming stars" (Students Robert has worked with over the last few years)
"The history of the coroner" Mr Hooper, Coroner

A chinese banquet is organised for the evening

The lectures will be free!
The meal will have to be paid for, but at a very reasonable price.
