North Hants Hospital (Basingstoke) is currently refusing to accept patients ringing up to make their own CAB appointments.  (They say we HAVE to make the appt on the patients behalf.)

No other hospital seems to be applying this, is it based on any sort of fact???

My response is to withdraw from referral to that Hospital...and see how soon they notice.
