Dear zooarchers I have had a couple of requests for a pdf version of my PhD thesis. I have managed to get this to work and it is now available from my webpage. http://www.york.ac.uk/depts/arch/pgstudents/Johnstone.html In total there are 500 pages so I have split it into 5 sections so you don't have to download everything all at once! If you print it double sided the margins are set for this. Hope it is of interest to some of you at least and please reference it if you use it! Cluny Johnstone
