Dear SPM users we intended to use IBASPM for measuring local brain volumes. In a test run, we recognized that the volumes computed by IBASPM are strange, i.e., about 25 cm3 for the hippocampi, about 11 cm3 for the amygdalae, and so on. These volumes are definitively to large. What happens? We first used the atlasing button and then the volume statistic button. We used SPM5 and MATLAB 7 (Release 14).
