dear spmers, I would like to check whereas brain changes in a longitudinal VBM are correlated to the variations of a neuropsychological variable. To do that, would be correct to substract pre-post images and then to correlate the substraction image with the increment of the neuropsychological variable?? If not, which other procedure could I use??
