Cyhoeddwyd gynllun gweithredol strategol sy'n gysylltiadol ā'r sector wirfoddol gan Lywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru. Ceir ddyfyniad o'r grynodeb gweithredol isod:
"Mae’r ddogfen hon felly yn cyflwyno gweledigaeth ar gyfer gwaith Llywodraeth y
Cynulliad yn y dyfodol gyda’r sector, ac yn dangos sut y bydd yn arwain amrediad o
weithgareddau a gwasanaethau a gyflwynwyd drwy’r sector i helpu i fynd i’r afael ā
rhai o’r problemau dyfnaf sy’n wynebu Cymru, ac i wella ansawdd bywyd pobl yn
gyffredinol. Mae angen ei darllen yng nghyd-destun 'Creu’r Cysylltiadau - Cyflawni Ar
Draws Ffiniau'. Disgwyliad Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru yw y dylid cyflawni gwella
gwasanaethau cyhoeddus a chyflwyno gwasanaethau i ddinasyddion - yn enwedig y
rheiny sy’n berthnasol i’r sefyllfaoedd mwyaf cymhleth - mewn ffordd nad yw wedi’i
chyfyngu i un sector yn unig. Mae cydweithio ar draws ffiniau sectorau yn neilltuol
bwysig. Ar yr un pryd mae gan Lywodraeth y Cynulliad ddiddordeb mewn dysgu a
datblygu ei hymddygiadau a’i phrosesau diwylliannol mewn ffordd sy’n ystyried
amrywiaeth o ddiddordebau sectoraidd."
Efallai y bydd ddiddordeb gan Wasanaethau sy'n elwa o gyfraniad gwirfoddolwyr mewn ymateb i'r cwestiynnau ymgynghoriad. Nodwch bod y dyddiad cau ar gyfer cyfraniadau ar ddydd Mercher 4 Ebrill 2007.

Dear All,
A strategic action plan relating to the voluntary sector has been published by the Welsh Assembly Government. Below is an extract from the Executive Summary:
"This document presents a vision for the Assembly Government’s future
work with the sector, and shows how it will guide a range of activities and services
delivered through the sector to help tackle some of the most deep-rooted problems
facing Wales, and to enhance people’s overall quality of life. It needs to be read in
the context of 'Making the Connections - Delivering Beyond Boundaries'. It is the
Welsh Assembly Government's expectation that public service improvement and
delivery of services for citizens - particularly those that are relevant to the most
complex scenarios - should be undertaken in a way that is not confined to a specific
sector alone. Collaboration across sectoral boundaries is of particular importance. At
the same time the Assembly Government is interested in learning and developing its
cultural behaviours and processes in a way that takes account of a variety of sectoral
interests."
Services who benefit from the contribution of volunteers may be interested in responding to the consultation questions. Please note that the deadline for responding is Wednesday 4 April 2007.
