and
Born in the
National
Conference
Our national conference will
disseminate the findings of the Born in the UK Study and discuss its
implications for maternity care.
The main aim of this two-year study has been to gain an understanding of
the maternity and postnatal care needs of second generation women from minority
ethnic groups.
Please keep the date
free!
The day will consist of
feedback from all perspectives with presentations of findings from the project,
group discussions about how to take them forward, a panel discussion and
specially invited guest speakers.
The cost will be £50 per person and will
include lunch. There will be a nominal fee of £10 for students. A limited number of bursaries will also
be available.
We hope that you will be able
to join us on the day.
