It appears simply to be the result of multiplying the total hours entered in Appendix 1, col 3, by 52, then dividing by the population figure, but the form does not actually specify anywhere that this is how it is done. Am I correct? I need the confirmation in order to complete a report on hours for our Members, so I would very much appreciate a speedy answer.
