The CILIP University, College & Research Group (Northern Section) is 
holding the following event on Wednesday 21st March:

"Great Expectations? - Meeting the New Student Challenge"
How are you managing and responding to changes in user expectations in 
light of students changing use of services and buildings? The event will 
explore how we can enhance the student experience by meeting the rapidly 
changing needs of users.

Featuring guest speakers Liz Jolly (Associate Director Services & 
Operations, Information Services Division, University of Salford) and 
Annie Kilner (Team Leader Services & Operations, Library & Learning 
Services, University of Northumbria).

The venue is the Robinson Library, University of Newcastle.
The event begins at 1.45pm (it is preceded by the UCRG Northern Section 
AGM at 1.30pm).  There is a fee of £25 (includes VAT and tea/coffee).
