Committee (JISC)
JISC, a dynamic UK-wide educational IT organisation, is
seeking a knowledgeable and motivated individual to provide interim cover for
the management of its digital repositories programme.
You will work closely with existing staff in the JISC Information
Environment Programme team to ensure the successful delivery of the JISC Digital

The JISC will provide training in its programme management
approaches and methodologies but you will need to have experience of project or
programme management and some knowledge and understanding of digital
repositories or digital library and/or educational ICT issues.
You will be based in the JISC London office at
Brettenham House,
Salary will be within the ALC Grade
3 salary scale, currently £34,857 to £40,772 per annum (inclusive of London
Allowance of £2,323 per annum) depending on skills and experience. Benefits
include an annual season ticket loan scheme, a final salary superannuation
scheme and a subsidised gym.
This post is fixed term from 1 May 2007 for nine months for
maternity cover (request for secondments will be considered).
