Dear all, Cotswold Archaeology and Reading University have recently received Stage 1 funding from English Heritage for the Roman Grey Literature Project. The attached project summary provides information on the aims and methodology of the project, and there will also be a poster display in the North Cloisters, University College London at this weekend's Roman Archaeology Conference (with a Sunday morning talk by Neil Holbrook). We thought it appropriate to notify as many colleagues as possible about the project, as the results of Stage 1 are planned to be available through ADS as a research tool (by the end of the year). I am planning to send further summaries mid-way through, and at the end of Stage 1.
